Furthermore, Hanni claimed that HYBE employees tried to undermine NewJeans’ performance in Japan by spreading negative rumors on anonymous sites and bad-mouthing them online.

However, public opinion became divided when it was revealed that NewJeans had generated 110.3 billion won in revenue just two months after their debut, with each member receiving 5.2 billion won (~3,79M USD). Amid this, Hanni’s outfit at the National Assembly hearing gained renewed attention.

Hanni wore a white shirt with an ivory knit vest and jeans, showcasing a demure look. The shirt and vest were priced at around 400,000 won each, and the jeans were about 200,000 won. She also carried a 4.3 million won small bag by Gucci, along with a 2.2 million won star-shaped ring and 1.5 million won shoes. The total cost of Hanni’s “National Assembly fashion” was estimated to be around 10 million won (~7,3K USD), sparking another round of debate among netizens.
