In a ranking released by Forbes Korea, these 10 K-pop acts recorded the highest revenues on YouTube in 2024 among other idol groups.
The artists included in the “2024 Korea Power YouTuber” are acts that are highly active on the platform and use it as a means to update their respective fandoms.
Hence, its income from YouTube also surged to billions of won. The following are the most bankable idols on the video-sharing platform:
1. BLACKPINK – KRW 12.94 billion ($9.3M)
For the second time since 2023, BLACKPINK has maintained their spot as the highest-earning K-pop group on YouTube, boasting 95 million subscribers.
2. (G)-IDLE – KRW 8.6 billion ($6.2M)
Aside from promoting their hits on YouTube, the (G)I-DLE members are also active as content creators under its official account with 8.82 million subscribers.
3. BTS – KRW 8.23 billion ($6M)
Although BTS is not active right now due to military enlistment, they maintained their power and influence with 79.2 million subs.
4. NewJeans – KRW 6.83 billion ($5M)
NewJeans, who has amassed 7.8M subscribers has been dominating the website with its most-viewed music videos as well as solo vlog show, “Jeans’ ZINE.”
5. SEVENTEEN – KRW 6.24 billion ($4.5M)
Not only SEVENTEEN is big on YouTube as a whole group with 13.6M subscribers, but the members are also making their names as some of the most talented talk show MCs and most-coveted guests on the web platform.
6. aespa – KRW 5.14 billion ($3.7M)
aespa boosted its subscribers to 6.53M following their consecutive global hits “Supernova,” “Armageddon” and “Whiplash” this year.

Among idol groups, ENHYPEN is also building their reputation on YouTube with 10.7M subs, thanks to their web shows “Enter-KEY,” “EN-DRAMA,” “ENHYPEN Episode,” and more.
8. IVE – KRW 2.49 billion ($1.8M)
Since their debut, IVE has been among fourth-gen idol groups who utilized the platform for communicating with DIVEs through special web content prepared for the fandom.
In just 3 years, their community grew by 3.85M subscribers and counting!
9. LE_SSERAFIM – KRW 2.27 billion ($1.6M)
Commended for their hosting skills and fun atmosphere in vlogs, LE SSERAFIM’s subs rose to 5.59 million.
10. IU – KRW 2.2 billion ($1.58M)
Lastly, IU, the MC of the famous web show “IU’s Palette,” secured the 10th spot with 9.79 million subscribers.
