On December 18th, MBC Drama uploaded a new behind-the-scenes video showing the production process of “When the Phone Rings” episodes 5 and 6.
The video showed Yoo Yeon-seok and Chae Soo-bin filming an action scene on the rooftop. The two discussed with the director and presented their opinions regarding the scene during the rehearsal and practiced their lines for a perfect shoot.
At that time, Yoo Yeon-seok impressed everyone with his manners as he covered Chae Soo-bin, who was wearing a dress exposing her shoulders and forearms, with a cape. Reacting to Yoo Yeon-seok’s action, Chae Soo-bin said, “He seems like a Confucian man who doesn’t like revealing body”.
On the same day, the two actors also filmed the workshop scene. Chae Soo-bin asked, “How do you feel about going on a picnic like this?”. Yoo Yeon-seok laughed and responded, “I feel so refreshing and great”, adding that he was looking forward to the three-legged race and jumping rope scenes with confidence.
Meanwhile, “When the Phone Rings” is a romance thriller drama about things that happen to a couple in their third year of a political marriage after a threatening call. It airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 p.m.
