On November 8, Yulhee uploaded three new profile pictures to her social media without any caption. The photos show Yulhee looking directly at the camera with a serious expression, exuding an actor-like aura through her calm demeanor.
Meanwhile, recently video titled “The Real Reason Yulhee Started the Custody Battle — Can She Bring Her Three Kids?” was posted on Yang So-young’s YouTube channel “Yang’s Counseling Center”.
Attorney Yang stated, “I was assigned to Yulhee’s case. I was approached by Yulhee’s agency, asking if it would be possible to change the custodian. I mentioned that while it might or might not be feasible, I advised them to proceed with the case.”
She went on to explain the situation regarding Yulhee and Choi Min-hwan’s custody dispute. Yang noted, “When they initially decided on custody during the divorce, it seemed that Yulhee had plans to bring the children to her care soon. I believe she has a fair chance of winning the case.”
Yang further commented, “Since the divorce, Yulhee has been actively involved in the children’s lives through scheduled visits and has played a significant role in their upbringing. Given that she has not been fully separated from the children, I don’t foresee any major disruptions if she is designated as the primary custodian.”
Meanwhile, former LABOUM member Yulhee and F.T. Island’s Choi Min-hwan married in 2018 and had a son and twin daughters. However, they divorced in December last year. On November 4, Yulhee filed for custody modification, alimony and division of property at the Seoul Family Court.
