BLACKPINK’s Rosé’s “APT.” Boosts The Black Label’s Value by 10 Times?

According to the IT and investment industry, Some Age, an investment company, struck gold with its early investment in Rosé’s agency, The Black Label.

In particular, with the success of “APT.”, a duet between Rosé and Bruno Mars, the company is set to reap over 20 billion won (approx 14.2 million USD) in profits.

Some Age invested 2 billion won (approx 1.4 million USD) in The Black Label in February 2021, valuing the agency at 150 billion won (around 106.5 million USD) at the time. This investment was facilitated through Sehan Venture Fund No. 14, which exclusively allocated its 47.5 billion won (around 33.7 million USD) capital to The Black Label.

Now, industry insiders estimate The Black Label’s valuation at a minimum of 1 to 1.5 trillion won (from 710 million to 1.065 billion USD), with potential to rise further if the agency goes public.

According to one investment professional, The Black Label’s corporate value is estimated to have increased by more than 10 times due to the global success of “APT.”. This essential proves BLACKPINK’s Rosé’s massive star power.
