On Oct 14th, Ryu Hwa-young posted on her SNS, “After trying to film and edit videos myself, I realized, ‘Ah~ I have this side of me too.’ And I wanted to reach out to you in a more friendly way. So, I gathered the courage to start YouTube to share videos and communicate with you.”
She continued, “I may be clumsy, lacking and inexperienced, but I hope you can watch with a relaxed heart. I think it would be nice if you could find some small laughs in everyday life. It’s nothing special, so I would appreciate it if you approached me lightly. I hope it becomes a healing experience for you.”
Finally, she added, “We are all precious individuals. Let’s be happy.” She also uploaded her first video titled “First Vlog | A Day in the Life of a 30-Year-Old Actress | K-Actress | Ryu Hwa-young”.
Meanwhile, Ryu Hwa-young joined T-ara in 2010 with the digital single “What’s Wrong?”. She left T-ara in 2012 due to the bullying controversies regarding the group. She later transitioned into acting, appearing in JTBC’s “Hello, My Twenties!”, “The Beauty Inside”, KBS2’s “Mad Dog” and tvN’s “The Player 2: Master of Swindlers”.
