Following “Romance in the House”, JTBC’s new Saturday-Sunday drama “Quiet Sales” is set to premiere this October, and a teaser poster featuring Kim So-yeon has already been revealed.
“Quiet Sales” (directed by Jo Woong, written by Choi Bo-rim) is a story of women who were ahead of their time when it was hard even to say the word “sex”, who somehow managed to bring a healthy dose of energy into the secretive world of couples and thrive on their own. Kim So-yeon, known for her exceptional acting skills, will play Han Jung-sook, a housewife who has lived a virtuous life, marking her return to JTBC after nine years. Her involvement in the project has already garnered significant attention.
On September 4th, the veil was lifted on the true nature of the character Jung-sook. The teaser poster released by the “Quiet Sales” team showcases Jung-sook’s secretive and bold sales pick. Dressed in a vintage style that exudes the 1990s vibe, Jung-sook radiates an elegant aura. However, viewers’ attention is quickly drawn to the mysterious item she presents on a silver tray. Once crowned as the “Golden Pepper Lady” for her beauty, Jung-sook married her first love and led a modest, passive life. However, as she struggles to afford even a new school bag for her only son and worries about paying the monthly rent, she reflects on her life. Determined to earn money on her own, Jung-sook enters the adult product sales business, discovering a natural talent for marketing she never knew she had.
