A highlight that went viral on social media was when Lisa humorously reenacted her famous “crab dance,” which had once taken the internet by storm.
Lisa’s “crab dance” first went viral in October 2020 when she performed it on Knowing Bros with BLACKPINK. The moment was such a hit that it led to a significant spike in views over time. The original MV for the dance, Poo Neep E-pi, experienced a surge in popularity, seeing a 1000x increase in views. On February 22, 2022, the clip of BLACKPINK’s youngest member doing the crab dance officially reached 100 million views, and now it has amassed over 114 million views on YouTube.
During the fan meeting, Lisa also surprised fans by bringing new choreography to each performance with her former YGX dancers, showcasing her dedication to giving fans both familiar and fresh elements in her shows, making them stand out from past events.
Meanwhile, clips from her performances shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) revealed that Lisa was singing live, with her voice audible, suggesting she had taken fans’ feedback on past lip-syncing criticisms seriously. Fans praised her for delivering a truly live experience for her Lilies fandom.
Lisa’s fan meeting in Singapore recorded a full house. On the afternoon of November 11, ahead of the event, the organizing company announced that all official ticket categories had sold out. This announcement dispelled rumors that only 15% of tickets had been sold.
