MEOVV’s Lack of Content Raises Concern among Fans

On October 17, a topic titled “MEOVV really has nothing” was published on the Korean forum Instiz, drawing attention. 

In the topic, the author expressed that want to be a fan of The Black Label girl group MEOVV, but there’s barely any content for watching. They also showed their frustration towards The Black Label’s producer, Teddy, by saying, “What on earth are you thinking?”

Under the comment section, many express sympathy and some even compare MEOVV’s current situation to BLACKPINK back in the days. Most, however, feel frustrated, commenting that The Black Label needs to drop the “mysterious” image or else the girl group will be forgotten.

• So, there’s nothing special? At least do some cover content and release videos from when they were a trainee. Their skills are good.
• There are a lot of people from YG, so the work process is similar..
• No, that method may have worked in the past, but not these days.. There aren’t many music shows, so what are you thinking.. At least post some photos…
• I really agree… I was really interested when the members were first revealed, but since there aren’t many stage videos and nothing to watch, my interest has waned.
• Honestly, at least YG shares behind-the-scenes footage, while The Black Label doesn’t even do that. It’s even worse than BABYMONSTER and BLACKPINK at this point.
