Back in 2023, MOMOLAND disbanded and the six remaining members appeared to go their separate ways. I had not heard much noise of them continuing activities as a group in the two years since, so it was pretty shocking when it was confirmed by the company that they all signed up with Inyeon Entertainment for group activities.
According to a report by Maeil Business on April 10, 2025, they will be continuing to pursue individual careers in acting, variety shows, and more, but will come together for group activities managed by Inyeon Entertainment.
It was almost similarly surprising when Cao Lu reunited FIESTAR last year for their 12th anniversary after mostly silence on the group since 2018. However, they are also making a return under Bomnal Entertainment for their group activities, according to Cao Lu herself.

After all the girl group losses of late, it’s a nice change to be surprised by some third-gen returns instead.
