Park has revealed how he dealt with sadness in light of his appearance on Yoo In Na’s radio show “You In Radio.”

At first, he resorted to gaming, but sometimes that aggravated his mood.

Instead, he turned to running to get in shape for his role in the action K-movie “Humint,” for both therapeutic and weight-loss purposes.

Park said, “These days, I am trying to lose some weight for a photoshoot in the near future. I started running. It’s been roughly three months, yeah. I wish I could say I was an Olympic athlete, but the truth is I run about where 6 miles (10 kilometers) a day.”
