Actor Song Joong-ki’s previously made confession on an old show has surfaced again in which he revealed his interest in dating rumors with actress Park Bo-young who starred opposite him during their co-starring days.
In an interview in 2012, while promoting their film A Werewolf Boy, Song jokingly said, “Park Bo-young is mine,” and he even wished for dating rumors between the two.
Actors whose chemistry captured the eyes of many fans through various dramas for a long time starred in light exchange of laughs with each other on the interview related that it aired SBS’ TV Entertainment at Night.’
Song jokingly stated When the host asked him, “What if dating rumors spread? Song then jokingly replied, “Let’s go out holding hands,” and walked off to destroy them. But then Park, in turn, responded playfully, “The popular Song Joong-ki is my boyfriend!”
Though both actors have shot down any rumors of a romance before, they teased each other in the comments.

When asked if they were dating, Park said Song is thoughtful, but he expresses sentiments similar to those of all his co-stars.
“The dating rumors with him are a misunderstanding. He doesn’t even keep in touch with me,” she clarified.
The pair’s final public appearance together was at the launch event for their 2016 film Detective Hong Gil-dong.
The pair fueled fresh speculation after photos of them posing in a similar restaurant emerged online.
Fans quickly went on social media, wishing for them to become lovers while simultaneously asking everyone not to jump to conclusions.
Meanwhile, Park Bo-young is confirmed to appear in the new drama “Lighting Store” on Disney Plus, while Song Joong-ki is gearing up for the premiere of his movie “Bogota.”
