It seems like people are angry due to SM’s poor handling (suddenly joining -> then reversing the departure decision) and the excessive protest methods of “KFANs”
Apparently, RIIZE’s official account lost around 80K followers in just one day
While in Korea, fans are mad that they put up the most popular member as shield, overseas, people are angry that a young popular member showed courage, but the leaders hid behind him
Interestingly, RIIZE has a relatively large fanbase in Japan, but even there, public opinion toward Korean fans is bad
The trending hashtags and the amount of fan protests are enormous, so I’m curious how SM will handle this now
