This rom-com brings another side of Kim So-yeon as her chemistry with the main lead leaves you wanting more. Playing the love interest who is being pursued by two men, she charms viewers with a beautiful smile while proving strength to the male lead all with on-point acting. She knows how to play in a rom-com and she does it right.

I Need Romance Season 3
Playing the tough character with a soft heart, this is a character that was once again slayed by the actor. As she navigates through a childhood romance troupe, she brings out the different sides of her character with ease. Shin Joo-yeon is a beautiful character played by the star as she once again charms the audience.
Directed by Jang Young-woo, she performs alongside Sung Joon, Namkoong Min, Wang Ji-won, Yoon Seung-ah, and other cast members. The plot revolves around a tough fashion director who has given up on the idea of true love. But when a friend from childhood returns to her life, a romance begins to bloom.
Secret Mother
This thriller mystery brings another unique character for Kim So-yeon as she plays the role of a strict child sitter who brings chaos (or at least that’s what the others think) to the show. As she elegantly plays her role throughout the show, she throws in her powerful sharp looks and you will soon know that this is a drama for you.
Directed by Park yong-soon, she stars alongside Song Yoon-ah, Song Jae-rim, Kim Tae-woo, Cha Hwa-yun, and other cast members. The drama revolves around the mothers in a neighbourhood which is the centre of child education. However, the peaceful lives of these women are soon disrupted when the arrival of a child sitter begins the revelation of their secrets.
Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938
Lastly, we have one of the best performances (and shows) by Kim So-yeon that has us asking for more. Playing the role of a mountain god, she is the powerful woman from 1938 who is a love-struck owl, a loyal friend, and a sweet heart deep down. She plays a unique character in this show and has stolen our hearts with her wonderful performance throughout the show.
Directed by Kang Shin-hyo and Jo Nam-hyung, she stars alongside Lee Dong-wook, Kim Bum, Ryu Kyung-soo, Kim Young-ji, and other cast members. The plot follows the journey of the last mountain god as he travels back in time and reunites with his friends and brother. As he struggles to return to his time, he sets on an unforgettable adventure away from home.
